Financial Transactions & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at jw888 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Payment methods outside this list are not accepted.

  • All deposit transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
  • Deposits made through a third party or from another person's account are not accepted.
  • Once a deposit is successful, the balance will be credited to your account instantly or within a short period.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

4.3 Currency

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (on the bonus amount). This means that for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳24,000 in bets before you can withdraw your bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

Please note: The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met. However, the real money balance can be withdrawn at any time (minimum limits apply).

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonuses are for personal entertainment purposes only and are not a tool for financial gain.
  • Each bonus offer has its own validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
  • Claiming the same bonus more than once is prohibited.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
  • jw888 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The jw888 VIP program has 4 tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are subject to change — contact the support team for the latest information.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Each game and betting category has its own rules, which are displayed in the game lobby. Please read the relevant rules carefully before confirming a bet.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical malfunction occurs in a game, the result of the relevant round may be voided and the staked amount will be refunded. jw888 is not responsible for losses caused by software or hardware errors.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available across various sports categories including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Please read the relevant market rules carefully before placing a bet. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to jw888's rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jw888 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 jw888's Rights

jw888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited if the violation is proven following an investigation. However, for a standard account closure, any valid balance will be returned.
